Barbara Partridge, of Arbutus Counselling Services, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with many years of experience. She specializes in using psychotherapy to assist people to find their strengths and to boost self-esteem so that they move forward with  confidence.  It doesn't take long to see the benefits:
